To avoid conflicts or misunderstanding as well escalation risks in the discussion: I'd like to specify my answer below is not directed to anyone posting above disagreeing with me, I simply present the facts based on the feedback collected and the information I have
In the last two years I saw batches of A-PVP, sold in EU on DNMs from both emerging direct chemist-vendor and a big known vendor who asked on TheHub, own DNM forum or Dread which compound its customers would like to see again - when it was confirmed/lab tested it was the real A-PVP and not the usual analogue trick, it sold out in no time, and people were paying for it 80usd/g or even more. I know it sounds really odd, personally I don't find it either something so attractive. But it has a certain something that still generates a wish for it - including even the nasty side effects (a proper psychosis/paranoia). Why MPDV was anyway "appreciated" (even if certainly this is not a compound still asked for)? The same with A-PHP and A-PHIP, if you go checking few other communities of RCs - generally people are trying to stash as much as they can (maybe in this case it's because its discrete success and can be vaped?)
I've asked around more a bit in the last two days and on all RCs communities and groups, and the answer does not change - I didn't hear anyone saying he would not be interested if real a-pvp will be offered again. And I'm not insisting on this point because I'd like a-pvp again or I'd like to make business on it, I'm just reporting the facts about what I used to do in the last 10+ years - follow the scene globally and from different perspective / communities (chemistry and pharmacology, RCs (banned or legal), mainstream DNMs, underground chemistry batches manufactured and sold directly without DNMs). I cannot really mention details but if batches were made (and not only the few sold publicly), and right now two groups are planning a big production, there must be a reason, beyond the legal aspect or the cost. The RCs communities got a pretty wide audience and the smaller communities where DD/Reviews of vendors are in the same place, most of them semi-private or private - the legitimate vendors expanded their (private) menu putting again banned RCs.
Since the fall of AB - probably this event exhausted a lot of people, one possible explanation other than making it easier to get new customers and quicker deliveries with vendors you trust since long - moving to Telegram groups and vending BOT became a trendy - a terrible Opsec one, but whatever
In my personal opinion, I can only think as reason people get bored on a long term of mainstream drugs (especially with stims or Empathogen drugs) - that's why RCs keep coming out and until the entire class got banned, more and more attempts to make is something similar or as good as <enter old RC still asked after years here> are done, not necessarily because "they can be bought legally" (PS: in USA A-PVP is on the same schedule list of Meth, therefore Psy got a point on this regard about the risks - but in EU it's scheduled under other minor lists)
If you check the situation in EU currently is anyway all messed up, EU laws and several countries banned more and more RCs or entire classes. People just seek new (or old and particularly appreciated) effects. Same for 4-FA and 3-MAR, two other compound that are keep being mentioned and wished along A-PVP.
I don't really want to argue about A-PVP anymore, neither I need to prove anything, not having any personal interest. I just reported the info I collected, and I am pretty sure that if you post a poll on reddit /r/researchchemicals and asking the community if they would be ready to pay X/g for lab tested A-PVP - you will get directly from the community itself such feedback or find out the real reasons why this compound is still desired.
Just make sure to do it specifying you are just doing it for statistic purpose, or good luck with the hundreds of PM's you will receive / risk of being banned for sourcing if it appears you are going to be the one interested in releasing a batch :>
