Best way to accurately dilute a solid sample of a narcotic

I've recently synthesized some amphetamine and I am taking it for work. However, the doses that are required (~25mg) are pretty small and necessitate taking out my more accurate scale to weight this, every morning. And my friend that I gave some to has the same issues. It's just a bit of a hassle and I'm trying to find a way to just make pills or capsules if possible.

What I want to do is something similar to how the pharmaceutical companies deal with this - they add a bunch of filler to it to make the pills easier to handle. But where as they can spend millions of dollars being absolutely sure each pill contains 25mg of product, I would need to find a way to do it on a much cheaper salary.

What I was thinking was finding a filler agent that was soluble in alcohol, then dissolve both the filler agent and amphetamine in alcohol, and evaporate to dryness under vacuum. Now I have a powder that I know has something like 25mg of amphetamine for every 250mg of powder.

I know some of you might just say something like "just put some filler (lactose, dextros, etc) and some amphetamine in a ball mill, turn it on, and you have a mixture". But I'm not sure that's really the best way. I can't guarantee that each size of amphetamine and filler molecule is the same, thus I cant guarantee that each portion of the mixture will contain the same amount of amphetamine.

Does anyone here have a good solution? I would really prefer the liquid co-solubility approach. Does anyone know of a good filler thats soluble in alcohol at around the same ranges that amphetamine is? That would be a HUGE help.

What I was asking was - what is the most reliable way to dilute a powdered substance. Reliable meaning that if you would take the freshly diluted powder, split it up into 100 evenly weighed piles, each one of those 100 piles would have practically the exact same amount of filler and product.

I think simply mixing it in a blender or ball mill isn't sufficient. Something like liquid incorporation sounds ideal, but I can't find many fillers that are soluble in alcohols at similar ranges as amphetamine (the chemical I'm looking to dilute to make it easier to work with).

The easiest option imo would be to put 1g amphetamine sulfate in a measuring cup, start dissolving it in distilled water and fill it up to a volume of 20ml to get a 50mg/ml solution. Now just get a 0.5ml syringe and start injecting the full volume of it once into each out of 40 gummi bears. If needed you can solder the puncture hole with a heated needle. Imo seems like a pretty unsuspicious, accurate and tasty option if you consider the effort. (Don't store them for a too long time)
