Cocaine nasal spray

Hi there experts.
I have been thinking about cocaine nasal sprays and found a load of information on Bluelight and others but it seems that cocaine HCL breaks down rapidly in water/alcohol.
So one could not store dissolved cocaine for much longer than 24hrs?

Is anyone aware of another method for making cocaine liquid where it wouldn't break down but could still be misted via nasal spray?

My assumption based on what I have found is that a preparation should be made shortly before heading off to where ever you want the substance available, make just enough for that trip using around 15-30mg per nasal pump actuation (0.14ml) as a ratio of coke to water.

That would mean 2.24ml would provide 16 doses at 30mg (500mg of cocaine).
I expect that it would make more sense to halve the ratio and have 15mg per dose and 32 doses with 4.48ml of water.

I am assuming a small amount of coke because of the rapid breakdown in water.

Is this thinking solid or is anyone aware of a different liquid that could be inhaled that wouldn't cause the coke to breakdown?

I was planning on using distilled water but have decided to go with a 0.9% saline solution to make it easier on the mucous membrane. The low %age solution is in order to not let the salt hinder the direction of absorption, 7% or 9% is likely to draw water form the membrane into the mucous which seems to me that it would be counter productive in absorbtion.
