I suppose 50mg would be a strong-ish dose of codeine for a total noob and then the promethazine I have no idea or experience with. I imagine there is a decent synergetic effect, which is why they are together. (Promethazine, sold under the brand name Phenergan among others, is a first-generation antihistamine, sedative, and antiemetic used to treat allergies, insomnia, and nausea. It may also help with some symptoms associated with the common cold[4] and may also be used for sedating people who are agitated or anxious, an effect that has led to some recreational use (especially with codeine))
Im kinda surprised actually I never heard of any of these brand names for it. It is similar to benedryl but probably a little more recreational. I would suggest 25mg codeine and a dose or two of promethazine per serving. A serving or two would put a noob on their ass. Careful with adding drinking and benzos.
If you are in the US and have lots of codeine to spare or care to plug a fellow in. I would be interested in making some desomorphine with it.
