its for 20 g flubrazolam? i dont know i thought it would be allright but the carrier seems legit? i dont know its called quickmailplus

bcfreeIn such a small amount I doubt you need a licence. It would be different if you ordered a ton maybe then you technically might need an importing exporting licence as long as it's not a precursor. You can find a list of controlled precursors and amounts above which you need a special licence in the Vienna convention if I recall correctly.
