For context, I am an amateur mycologist looking for some extra money and it’s impossible to find clients in my city to buy from me (tips on that welcome as-well) and I am looking to ship them out to sell them online but am a bit anxious about it getting seized or me getting caught up, does anyone have any way I can ship them and the package not get seized or anything like that?

Welcome, pretty much all mushroom growers run out of clients because it's not like smoking weed or meth, where you do it multiple times a day, most people try it 1-10 times in their life.
UNLESS "they are on to you", it shouldn't be too tough. You're an amateur mycoogisy, so you understand a sanitary technique, stick close to that, don't put bare hands on anything. Vacuum seal bone dry mushrooms. put that in another bag. PUT THAT In another bag. AT least one or both of those bags needs to be a solid color, preferably black, sonthat a person can't see what's in it without destroying it. Finally, the cardboard outside package. Could be a small flat rate box. You can buy postage with crypto and anonymously. Don't use excess tape on it or make it seem different from all the other mail.
Optionally, some people prefer stealth shipping. I've got things like a t-shirt, a pair of underwear, a pair of socks, a cup.... inside of markers, inside of other mundane items packaging. I've never got an invoice or receipt, that would help it look legitimate, but one hopes it doesn't come to that. I'm guessing 99.9% of packages reach thier destination.

So would I be better off selling in bulk to dealers close to me?
I couldn't answer that for you. It depends on a lot of factors. What I posted above is only the package aspect, the darkweb, Tor, pgp key, aspect of not being detected is a whole other game. If you are growing very many mushrooms, you'll end up doing both or having a lot of mushrooms laying around. I haven't grown or ate magic mushrooms in 10 years, but when I was, I was trading them even for Mexican brick weed, which was $80/ounce to buy and I was happy to get them out of the house. There's a trade off, magic mushrooms are easier to grow than synthesizing drugs, but they aren't euphoric and people don't keep doing them and doing them,so thenlonger you do it, the harder they are to get rid of.
