i need to know chemicals that downregulates dopamine receptors,I am a cocaine, crack, methylphenidate and amphetamine user and have recently developed reverse tolerance needing fewer doses to go into a psychotic break, how can I build up my tolerance again?

Hello. This is an interesting question. Please specify - how long have you been using these substances and what dosages have you reached before the reverse tolerance manifested itself? When did it start approximately? Do you have any chronic diseases? Maybe there is a start of taking medications?

hi, reduce the amount of food you consume before your next drink, reduce intense exercise and active thoughts, and quit smoking, drinking and drinking spicy and stimulating edible items.

It is my understanding that prolonged use of these chemicals, cause the receptor site to reduce in receptive size from over stimulation. I'm not sure how this is reversed?

Yes, tolerance develops in part because of this. But there are many more reasons, and we cannot fully grasp an important part of them. Nevertheless, there is poorly confirmed evidence of a decrease in tolerance after a long (actually long) break in the use and/or use of certain pharmacological drugs, such as Memantine. I repeat, this is not even scientific data, but rather the feedback of individual people after experimenting on themselves.

I agree 100% with that, I was being specific about the chemical being cocaine. Reading what I have written I should have been more clear with that, non the less addictions, miss use and tolerance are all interesting and not given enough thought or time being discussed. I recently quit nicotine after 25 years use, it was my 5th attempt, this time it was like I did not even try to quit I just stopped. This gets me thinking addiction is 50% a issue of the human condition.
