i'm using torzon for the first time, but the "withdraw" button on the wallet page isn't clickable, and the button to create a support ticket straight up does not work either. i deposited some funds and i can see they are there, but i can't withdraw or use them, or even retrieve them. seems to be no way to contact staff. anyone else had this problem?

No, if you can see them than they are there. There's something not configured correctly with your browser I would guess. If you look around the dark web, Torzon is the shithole of even dark markets. The owner Is a shyster, and everyone loses money there because they have it set up that way. Every dollar you lose they gain, but if your money is showing then you can spend it click on what you want and click on buy. Is Torzon one of the sites that require a pgp public key to even send a message? Some are like that and if you don't have one, that might be why you can't talk to anyone
