Question money not arriving to torzon wallet

I send bitcoins to my market wallet address and it did not arrive. This is the second time. Despite the address supposedly only changing after each successful deposit, it has changed at least twice now despite NO successful deposit. When did it change in the mind of the website, before or after I deposited it. How is this happening and what do I do now?

I'm really upset about this because it's a 100 dollars completely wasted possibly/likely. I don't understand how I see no one having had this issue.

Contact support for the market that has the problem. If you can't contact support from their link, it's a bad sign.
