.by immersing the methylamine vapor in cold water 5-10 degrees, if so then you need to calibrate it a bit by adding hcl and then vaporizing it and getting the reading.

reggiesawshow to make it by adding a concentrated solution of naoh in methylamine hcl and heating slowly to a temperature of 60% and the steam is run with a hose in a cold water solution.

Just add NaOH and the methylamine gas keep bubbling trought distiled water and by weight and by volume you can find % of your solution. And if its higher then 40% just add water.
