I have about a quarter oz of decently strong "fetty" (most likely xylazine and unknown analogue based off of semi-useless tester reports) that has been broken down and made into a fine powder, and now im wondering how can i rerock it to make it easier to move? I have never had this much that wasnt still all together ao i have no experience. Also, it doesnt need to be one single chunk, it can be multiple or even smaller ones (its gonna be broken into balloons anyways), if that helps at all.
