Trying to add funds to escrow on Torzon

Escrow at torzon shows the funds currently held in escrow. Those are not available to be spent again. You don't transfer anything to escrow, simply complete a purchase that uses escrow and funds will be taken from your wallet and placed into escrow.

An account at Torzon has two wallets - a BTC one and XMR one. Torzon keeps the crypto and shows the current USD evaluation. You never have USD at Torzon, you have either BTC or XMR (or both). To pay you must pick the right wallet when selecting the item to purchase. Also, if you just moved funds to Torzon it may take few more confirmations on the ledger before you can spend it.

I am also receiving this issue, bitcoin balance is perfectly enough to checkout but it says I have 0 btc balance when trying to purchase and that i need to top up. I have done as others have mentioned (emptied cart and re added the product) but to no avail. I am definitely trying to checkout with BTC not XMR. Creating a new support ticket just redirects me to the homepage.

I guess from the responses so far that the money is just gone but I will ask anyway. I deposited $190 on TorZon to make a purchase. However, I couldn't send the money to the seller via TorZon as the withdraw button just isn't working. I put the address where the money should go, I put the amount and my security pin, but the "withdraw" button just isn't clickable. Does this happen to everyone? Is the money truly just gone?

If you are trying to buy something, you don't withdraw your money. You withdraw your money to an outside wallet. There are stipulations. Every site has different ones. You may have to withdraw more than $100, or you might have to do who knows what but you don't withdraw the coins to pay someone, you click buy on the item you want and then it shows up as a ticket and the seller has 48 hoursnto accept it. If he accepts it he has48 hours to mark it shipped and then 7 days from the shipping date, if you haven't received the package, you can extend escrow 2 times, or dispute.
