Question Alternative Phase Transfer Catalysts?

I'm curious if anyone can suggest a few phase transfer catalysts that might be able to replace TEBAC in the Darzens condensation, like the video shown on this site.

I'm hoping either cetrimonium chloride or benzalkonium chloride could replace TEBAC. Both are available in large amounts easily to me
