HELP!!! So I made p2p oil using the p2np method and fe hcl etc, then steam distillation, then I moved on to making methamphetamine using the al/hg method with 40% methylamine etc and all went well, I gave it to a friend to try and he lit it and I was suddenly disappointed, but it wouldn't smoke, it just cracked and hardened. help, what happened????

Can someone help me and explain why, when I try to light this crystal, it doesn't melt and I can't burn it, it just starts to fire and harden?
What's Fe HCl method? As far as I know Fe HCl will reduce P2NP to hydroxylamine, not to p2p.
