This intermediate exists long time, they probably use this as alibaba name for now because of 5449 ban.
The real 10250 when turned with phosphoric acid or HCL 37% gave very very high oil yields but once processing further to amphetamine oil that toxic hydrocyanic acid fume came and caused serious incidents. Only sulfuric acid turned it properly to BMK oil.
Therefore I personally suggest everyone to work with sulfuric acid and reheating it.
