Someone smarter may know if it works. But I believe Sncl2 + 95% Etoh or (99% ipa) + P2nP stirred at RT then hydrolyze with hcl to = P2P… Least it seems like that should work.

I don’t believe you can go straight to amp-(amine) with sncl2 alone like can be done with some nitro-alcohol's. But could be wrong.
