How can you receive a parcel from DE to AT relatively anonymously?
Is the KYC at the Packstation-like things in AT really that bad?
Postal storage with a password or something...?

I don't know if you have already found a solution, otherwise I would recommend "sub-rosa . at". You can have items sent there anonymously and pick them up there with a code. (In Vienna and Judenburg)

I have heard from friends that some parcels don't reach th er Pickup Station, it's super expensive and it takes around 1,5 weeks until u receive your order...
But thx I know of that option.

Try DPD or GLS or other couriers, order first to yourself something legal ex. A shirt őr something, speak with them your brother or someone else waiting a packet but still working and help to receive them. Get the courier number and speak with them you Will call he/she . Now order for a fake name and U Will say them what name and address what you are looking for. After you get the goods dont forget to give to the courier good bonus.
