You will need any non-steroidal painkiller from the acetic acid group or phenyl acetic acid, as well as any adamantane derivative with an amino group such as rimantadine or memantine. Between these two compounds, you need to form an amide group. In this synthesis, I used diclofenac and memantine. An amide group was formed between them using phosphorus pentachloride. The reaction yield is quite high, more than 80%. And the reaction itself does not require special skills and is not difficult in poorly equipped laboratories. The action of such substances is similar to a classic dissociative, but with a longer period of administration. The dosage is about 10-50 mg.
