GPS Coordinates And Photos

I'm trying to understand how one might get GPS coordinates to a very specific location, without leaving a digital trail that could be followed. I believe there is an app/program that allows one to find GPS coordinates without an internet connection, but I think you have to select the area before hand. Idk, I'm looking into it again.

Any help in this regard would be appreciated.

Second, is sending photos perfectly encrypted. It'd really help a dead drop if one could send a photo of what is being looked for, so the buyer could find their delivery more easily. I think one can send photos through pgo somehow, but again I'm not sure.

Any help with acquiring GPS coordinates anonymously AND privately would be appreciated, as well as any help sending photos anonymously and securely.

I believe that basically you take a picture.
You sent that picture to "note to self" on signal.
You erase the photo from your photos.
You download that pic or video from signal to your phone and now it has no metadata
Also can use note to self on signal and use that camera to take a pic. But can't take a video with signal
