Can somebody explain the : 3'-Methylpropiophenone synthesis(large scale) .
Hexanophenone synthesis(large scale) from benzonitrile

For example for valerophenone snynth is used n-BuMgCl what about for hexanophenone?

You have to use hexanenitrile istead of valeronitrile (pentanitrile) and PhMgBr Grignard reagent for hexanophenone synthesis.
