Maybe it is still a possibility. Typically mushroom spores are distributed in syringes like this. You would prepare a jar with the substrate to be colonized by the fungus. Inject the spores into the jar. The fungus grows and mushrooms are the fruit or flower. Do you think you would be able to receive syringes with "a liquid" to Turkey from USA? As far as I know there is nothing illegal with shipping spore syringes. I wouldn't mind trying if you think it is worth it.
