Uvod

Efedrin in psevdoefedrin, ki se pogosto uporabljata v tajnih laboratorijih pri sintetični oksidaciji s kalijevim permanganatom za tvorbo 2-metilamino-1-fenilpropan-1-ona. Ta ketonski produkt metamfetamina, imenovan "efedron", "metkatinon" in "Jeff". Nekatere ljudi na forumu BB zanima ta način sinteze, zato sem se odločil objaviti to navodilo, da bi osvetlil to vprašanje.

Efedron (metkatinon) hidrokloridna sol

Oprema in steklovina.

  • 2000 ml Erlenmeyerjeva bučka ali bučka z ravnim dnom;
  • Magnetno mešalo;
  • lijak;
  • Laboratorijska tehtnica (primerna je od 0,1 g do 200 g);
  • laboratorijski generator HCl;
  • stroj za rotiranje z vodno kopeljo (neobvezno);
  • 0,5 L ločilni lij;
  • Kolona za bliskovno kromatografijo s pipo (neobvezno);
  • 0,5 L (x2), 200 ml (x2) in 100 ml (x3) čaše;

Reagenti.

  • Metilenklorid (DCM) 350 ml;
  • ledocetna kislina (CH3COOH) 10 ml;
  • destilirana voda 100 mL;
  • kalijev permanganat (KMnO4) 2 g;
  • efedrin hidroklorid 2 g;
  • natrijev vodikov sulfit (NaHSO3);
  • natrijev hidroksid 5N (NaOH, 18,08 % aq. sln.);
  • žveplova kislina 0,5 N (H2SO4, 2,43 % aqnl);
  • natrijev bikarbonat (NaHCO3), aq. sln;
  • aluminijev oksid v prahu (neobvezno) ~40 g;
  • heksan ~100 mL;

Postopki.

1. V Erlenmeyerjevo bučko s prostornino 2000 ml, opremljeno z magnetno mešalno palico, smo dodali metilen klorid (DCM, 200 ml), ledeno ocetno kislino (CH3COOH, 10 ml), vodo (100 ml), kalijev permanganat (2 g) in efedrin hidroklorid (2 g).

2. Raztopino smo 30 min mešali pri sobni temperaturi.

3. Sledil je dodatek zadostne količine natrijevega hidrogen sulfita (NaHSO3) za redukcijo oborjenega manganovega dioksida (MnO2).

4. Vodna faza je postala bazična s 5N natrijevim hidroksidom (NaOH, 18,08 % aq. sln.), mešali smo nekaj minut in metilen klorid ločili z ločilnim lijem. [ta korak je ekstrakcija z bazo]

5. Organsko plast smo ekstrahirali z 0,5N žveplovo kislino (H2SO4, 2,43 % aq sll). [ta korak je ekstrakcija s kislino]

6. Z izolacijo kislega sloja, ki ji je sledila bazifikacija z natrijevim bikarbonatom (NaHCO3) aq. sln. in ekstrakcija z metilen kloridom (DCM, 50 mL, trikrat), se je produkt odstranil v organsko fazo (sloj DCM).

7. Topilo (DCM) smo koncentrirali z rotacijskim izparevanjem, čemur je sledila kolonska kromatografija (ta korak ni obvezen) skozi nevtralni aluminijev oksid (aluminijev oksid Al2O3) z metilen kloridom.

8. Pri odstranjevanju topila z rotacijskim izparevanjem je nastala brezbarvna tekočina, ki smo jo raztopili v heksanu.

9. V heksan smo vbrizgali plinasto HCl, da se obori aminoklorid in dobimo 1 g (50 % ) 2-metilamino-1-fenilpropan-1-on hidroklorida (d,l-efedron(metkatinon) hidroklorid ). Enolizacija ketona bo povzročila nastanek racemičnega d,l-efedrona.

Lep vodnik! Zapisal sem vse reakcije, za katere pričakujem, da bodo potekale.

Kar zadeva oksidacijo:
  • HCl iz soli bo disociiral na iona H+ in Cl-
  • 3C10H15NO + 2KMnO4 => 3C10H13NO + 2H2O + 2MnO2 + 2KOH
  • KOH bo disociiral na K+ in OH- ione

Za odstranjevanje mangana:
  • 2MnO2 + 4NaHSO3 => Mn2 + 4 NaHSO4
  • NaOH disociira na Na+ in OH- ione (nastane toplota)
  • OH- se veže z Mn2 => 2NaOH => Mn(OH)2 + 2Na+ (ioni)
  • Pri vsakem neravnovesju Na+ se tvori NaOH + H2 ( bodite previdni)
  • Plinski vodik bo izhlapeval, ostala bosta Na+ in OH- iona
  • NaHSO4 + NaOH => Na2SO4 + H2O
  • Na2SO4 disociira na iona 2Na+ in SO4- ( ponovno bodite previdni glede vodika)
  • Mn(OH)2 je težko topna trdna snov, ki se lahko filtrira
Glede odstranjevanja kisline:
  • H2SO4 disociira na iona HSO4- in H+
  • HSO4- disociira v ione SO4²- in H+
  • OH- ioni se povežejo z H+ ioni in tvorijo H2O
  • ostanejo H+, Na+, SO4-, SO4²- ioni in Cl- ioni v sledovih
  • Dodamo NaHCO3 in z ioni H+, SO4- in Na+ nastane Na2SO4 + H2O + CO2
  • CO2 izhlapi, ostanejo DCM, H2O, CH3COOH, Na2SO4, C10H13NO
  • Vse tekočine se lahko izparijo (DCM, H2O, CH3COOH)
  • Na2SO4 je zelo topen v vodi, vendar se lahko filtrira kot trdna snov v DCM
  • Uporablja se za barvanje živil in je v primeru napake varen za prehrano ljudi
Po odstranitvi Na2SO4 in izhlapevanju vseh tekočin nam mora ostati samo C10H13NO

Prosim, popravite me, če je kaj narobe, rad bi to reakcijo razumel čim bolje zaradi uporabljenega Mn.

Menim tudi, da bi to lahko izvedli z večjim deležem efedrina in KMnO4 v razmerju do topil.
Rad bi poznal mnenje G. Pattona, saj to morda ne bo izvedljivo pri višjih količinah (10 g - 3,5 l DCM s tem razmerjem).

Zgoraj sem napisal kup napačnih informacij, ker nisem v celoti razumel reakcije
Tukaj je popravek z nekaj dodatnimi podrobnostmi:
  • Vse izhodne spojine so v vodni fazi (H2O in CH3COOH)
  • efedron bo po oksidaciji prešel v organsko plast (DCM)
  • NaHSO3 reducira MnO2 v Mn(OH)2 (trdna snov) in pusti NaHSO4 (kislina)
  • NaOH reagira s kislinami, pri čemer ostaneta CH3COONa in Na2HSO4
  • Nasvet za ločevanje: organska plast (DCM) je na dnu, ker je gostejša
  • Po ločevanju plasti bo v DCM le efedron v pomembni količini, ostalo je narejeno zaradi varnosti (za nas)
  • Naši novi plasti sta DCM (organska plast) in NaHSO4 (vodna faza)
  • NaHSO4 ustvari sol efedron*HSO4, ki se raztopi v kislini in jo lahko ločimo ter dodamo nov DCM
  • NaHCO3 razgradi sol HSO4 in nevtralizira H2SO4 v Na2HSO4 in H2O
  • Prosta baza efedron se izloči iz organske plasti, ker se bolje raztopi v organski plasti
  • Na nobenem koraku ne nastaja vodikov plin

Kaliumpermanganat Synthese ist veraltet , langwierigeg und ggf ist das Endprodukt mehr oder weniger giftig .

Nutzt CrO3 Chrom(III)oxid , das Material ist Bombe und die Synthese kannste in paar Stunden erledigen.

P.s. PM wer Cro3 benötigt

Which other things could I possibly use as an oxidizing agent here?
Would it be possible with concentrated H2O2?
Also if H2O2 works, wouldn't it make it easier to isolate the product afterwards?

Mit kaliumpermanganat funktioniert es auch, man muss nur exakt messen, genau timen und wissen wie giftige beiprodukte, sofern entstanden, zu entfernen sind. Dazu ist mehr als chemisches Grundwissen gefragt, obwohl die Synthese so simpel ist dass sie jeder durchführen kann.

Ich habe abzugeben :
* Chrome(III)oxide
* Kaliumpermanganate
* Ephedra sinica from China (2.5-5% ephedrine type alkaloids with l-ephedrine being the most with 90%
* I can offer extraction of ephedrine from the herb and deliver clear white ephedrine hcl extract which is of very high purity and can directly be used for further synths
* almost pure pseudoephedrine Extracted from pills and seperated from the ibuprofen also present in its pill form
... also i have 3-4g ephedrone methcathinone (made with l-eph&kmno4) to give away, maybe one would to thank by Sending a few Euros 4 IT. Should be basified and washed with Walter to remove excess salt which is in product.

Okay, but why will H2O2 not work? Or more generally no other oxidizer than kmno4 or Chrome oxidizer?

That H2O2 would not work well I did somewhat expect, but more of because of selectivity issues, but I think there should be other oxidizing agents working potentially, like potassium dichromate I read would work (according to Erowid)

But regarding oxidizing agents that oxidize specifically secondary alcohols to ketones, I read sodium hypochlorite does?

IT May work with sodium hypo., i dont know..... But why Do that?

With chrome(VI)oxide u get a clean and pure product and this synthesis is the Status quovquo w detailed manuals, also will be finished in a couple hours...

Kmno4 works too, but will take over night and u have to watch out for manganese which is a byproduct and Really dangerous.
