Are there any other opiates/opioids that can be synthesized from methadone?

Out of curiosity, does anyone know of any other enjoyable opiates that could be synthesized using methadone as the starting reagent?

HEISENBERGRight, but I didn't see any that looked like they could be made from methadone..

Edit: Oh wait, that's a paid access... hm...
