It might just be me, but doesn't it look like the screen shots were taken from the wrong person? dumdum is the one paying and is asking for a tracking number. But in the chat screen shot, there is a green dot next to their name. Indicating they are signed on. Why would a messenger app show you when you are logged in, of course you're logged on and active, cause you are using the app. Also most messenger apps I know of places the user on the right side (the light grey) and the person you're chatting with on the left side (the dark grey). So the screen shots were taking from the suppliers point of view. Right? I'm pretty sure that's correct and the screen shots are from the wrong person....
