Okay, I see that the synthesis is very simple, and following the forum, some people say that regular aluminum foil doesn't hold up. What would be the best? Could you give an example? I was considering using hairdressing foil; will it be good?

Maybe im wrong but in that way, i bet equipment and place will be cheaper than professional manufacturers personal lessons...
