Easy way from A Öl to Amphetamin Salt?

hello everyone I accidentally came across some A oil. now I want to synthesize it into salt. However, I don't have access to sulfuric acid or other acids here. Is there a method where I can do this with budget funds? What do I need? As you can tell, I'm still a beginner. thanks for the help Grusee
