Put in some elementary time and effort to study and research the areas you are asking about (this will help you ask meaningful questions), and then either create a post in the appropriate section of the forum (especially for more complex questions that could benefit many for a long time), or ask simple questions in the chat and usually someone with sufficient knowledge and expertise answers them.

Oh and I almost forgot to mention...

When you have questions, search the forum for the involved topics first. It's possible that someone has already asked the same or similar question and received answers that you can read, or you will find that there are posts about particular subjects with ongoing discussion and your question would fit nicely as a comment under such post. This is very often more appropriate than starting a new post for every question.
