I say this a lot but I like Cake wallet. Go buy LTC from an exchange then send that to your Cake wallet and exchange it to XMR there

There are ATMs and some apps that allow you to buy with your Visa debit card or credit card. although that transaction can be seen if you use your bank card. Or you can buy a ,Visa Prezzy card,, and use that to buy coin , as a normal credit card. bought some through stealthiO app. but there fee is almost too high. about 10% - 20% or something like that.

for more anonimity make someone send you btc directly to address
