How to make ice? with methamphetamine hydrochloride (powder)

Hello, I would like to know how to make ice with methamphetamine hydrochloride. Make sure it is a liquid state place in the a cupboard do not open that cupboard for ten days and you should have ice ,shard, etc if product isn't completely dry place in a desiccator till it's properly dry
