In my country it is a problem to get tartaric. Do someone have an good synthese for change the tartaric acid?

we used it mostly for separate D - and L-

If you mean racemisation this is the old way

If you mean procurement of tartaric acid in general, can you get cream of tartar? There are several different pathways from different starting chemicals. It can be gotten from grapes grapes juice wine lees and other grapes products. It can be made from malic acid https://pubs.acs.org/doi/pdf/10.1021/ie50500a030
And there are actually several chiral acids you can substitute for tartaric
