Question Market Nemesis fraud?

Hello everyone.
I once came across "nemesis".
People who have been there know that there are a lot of interesting offers there.
Everyone can probably guess what my question is.
Is "nemesis" a skam?
I met on nemesis a certain person "fraudmag" a.k.a. "pat bush".
He promised to help me with carding,I gave him payment for that but for a month of writing with him and giving him money I got nothing except one login to paypal which is secured with 2fa and supposedly there is $4k in that account.
I don't know what to think about this anymore
