I got a question for you. If I had the details of a PayPal account, or a credit card I could get $1000 off of, why would I sell it for $200 or something? Answer: I wouldn't, I would just get the $1000.

if someone steal hundreds of data maybe sell it but that is nonsense because if i got 100 card data i can use it in a week and get rich
