I cannot access the "Chemical Library" since I've joined 3 days ago. Tonight I found that I can access and I saw the books which is interesting ,but it shut down again. Does anyone who has the books download links or zip file.

I am not sure if this comes in a book form. You may need to research the topic yourself from different sources including various forums, videos (even youtube), science papers and law enforcement reports.
