Substitute for Iodine Crystals

I'm doing my first Red-P Meth Cook. I've been able to obtain everything except for the Iodine Crystals. I am finding it hard to locate 7% iodine tincture as well, Is there something else I can substitute for this?

Only with HI acid

Do I just substitute the Hl acid for the iodine in the process? Or is there something else I need to do in order to use it?
