a bug detected.
1. i want to deposit amount in XMR that is confirmed.
2. go to ***/account/wallet/ and choose xmr --> deposit
3. then i choose an amount in EUR or USD. this amount is converted to xmr by some way and address generated.
4. but if i transfer to this address some amount bigger than i got on step 3, only amount from step 3 will be landed: rest will disappear.

problem is not in this amount only.
after i transfered a payment from my xmr wallet to your address, no any other transaction could be done from my wallet.
each attempt to log in with seed goes to the syncing forever.
technically, i can enter into my account, but i can't sync my amount and do any activities. so, it looks either as 'pending' or 'blocked'.
i don't know what is the reason, but i suppose this issue is related with this payment, as it appeared immediately.

You answered me in PM you don't know the reason, that's why I brought this issue for a common discussion: May be some other users faced the same problem???

I believe it is a serious issue if I can't get an access to my wallet for a few days since the transfer to a random address done.

It's not a problem on our side, it's that your wallet can't synchronize.

yes, i understand it is a "general issue". but now it continues for more than 48 hours since the payment was done sucessfuly to your wallet.
coincidence? not sure.
i don't say it is a problem, created on your side intentionally... ahahah...
but i believe it could be related with your address generation algorithm or something similar.

let's hope i will get it unblocked in 2-3 days: there are coins frozen, i even can't place a new order to buy my fckng weed(((

What kind of wallet do you use?
You don't have to answer, just import the keys into another wallet and synchronize there.

Well, i did a few attempts to import my keys to some other wallet: mymonero app and web were used with the same result: syncing issue.
it looks as my last transaction was not processed correctly or something similar, i don't know exactly

UPD: finally I got an access to my funds with a strange wallet "monerujo". Beside of this one now one was able to sync all data.

Buy Monero on Kraken > create a wallet, MyMonero is a good one > wait days, usually a week for the funds in Kraken to be withdrawable > withdraw them in to your new wallet > for extra anonymity I added a second wallet to my MyMonero and I move the XMR again from that first wallet to the new one > come on to the site, click your wallet up top > plus sign next to 'XMR' > site will give you a deposit link > back to your wallet with it, input that code in the 'send' box > refresh the site like mad until you see it in your account

If you can't follow this, you should probably do a 'bit' more research before attempting any of it

When the buyer receives his order, he have to click on "Complete deal" button. This action allows to the seller get the payment for the order.
any button for seller?

You need to wait until a customer confirm a parcel receiving. After that, you'll get your money. In case of long offline or ignoring you from a customer side, Admin can be invited to resolve your problem.
