Have schedule online courses

If not, failed

To be honest, I think a qualified vendor should be a teacher, not a salesman who knows nothing, buyers should go to the vendor for necessary help first, and then consider outside help for areas we are not familiar with!
Vendors shouldn't just sell stuff and push the task of reminding and teaching to the forums or anyone else, after all chemistry is not child's play
Of course my words may offend some people but it's really what's in my heart

Unfortunately I noticed a tendency that some vendors don't even understand what they sell. Syntheses of psychoactive substances takes qualified approach. In my opinion, it's worth to get advice from experienced people, who know and understand process.
