Delivery Question. Is there a difference between where the goods come from and where they come to? If I am for example in Serbia and order weed from EU Zone (Germany, Spain, Slovenija, etc) , will I have problems or will the parcel be opened with a probability close to 100% and everything will be found out?
In my experience from CIS countries, I only know about geocaches that are made in different places all over the place. But how does it work in the rest of the world? In Serbia, for example, customs are pretty strict as far as I understand. They check the goods for value and if the thing costs more than 50 euros, you have to pay a duty. Is that even realistic to get around? How does it work? Or like everywhere else should I just be lucky that they don't check the parcel? In Serbia, for example, people get what they want, but I can't understand how.
