Question 3D-Druck von Tablettenpressen und Stanzwerkzeugen

Ich suche schon sehr lange nach einer guten Quelle für Pillenstempel.
Ich weiß, dass es sie bei Alibaba usw. gibt, aber der Import nach Europa und der Zoll sind mein Problem.

Mein Plan war, nur die Spitze mit dem Logo auf eine oder vielleicht zwei Seiten der Stanzformen zu drucken.

Ich habe bereits Stanzformen ohne Logo, also wenn es ein Material gibt, das 3D-druckbar und robust genug für ein paar Dozenten der Drucke ist, würde es genug sein.
Aufgrund der Größe/Preis des Drucks wird es kein Problem sein, eine Logo-Spitze nach ein paar Druckvorgängen zu wechseln.

Hat jemand Erfahrung mit 3d-Druckern und kann mir sagen, ob diese Idee funktionieren könnte?

Eine Pillenpresse mit legalen/verfügbaren Teilen und einem 3D-Drucker herstellen zu können, wäre eine coole Idee, die dem Geist dieses Forums entspricht!

I used to use theses cast them into steel polish them up weld a rod to it and modify a badge press. I was gonna make a tutorial on it, but you need a furnace strong enough to melt stainless steel.

My idea was to use those blank pill press molds from Amazon and attach the images to it. I used a lever press to do single pills and it worked pretty good.
There are tutorials on YouTube on how to build a small funance but I think the whole procedure seems too complex for me without any experience in melting steel.

I don't understand why there is no filament on the market sterdy enough to hold the pressure. I hope there will be soon. I mean metal filament already exists but doesn't look good on the videos I've seen.

I’ve seen them 6mm should do you could even get somebody with a CNC machine to engrave the pattern or design. A guy in the UK got raided by met police he had loads of pill presses and thousands of ecstasy tablets.
