I have a package in my name sent from a bazaar seller in Germany to my country and the tracking says this:

The item could neither be delivered to the container nor returned to the sender. Please contact our call center.

It was only 2g of 4mmc, so they've detected it? I'm not going to contact DHL, of course.

its possible. most likely your seller didnt use good opsec for those 2g and the package ripped or something.

It's a pain. Now we'll see if they don't fine me. It's the first time this has happened to me. I find it incredible that they were able to detect only 2 grams.

It kind of sounds like they have have got it since its apparently being confiscated? Do you know how much a fine would be for that? Just a fine?

I don't think you'll be punished for that. Something similar happened to me once, but not here. They said it disappeared from the warehouse, but that's very rare.
Someone stole it.
