Question spice help

Hi everyone, i would like to find out if there are any decent spice(k2/legal highs) shops that would deliver to EU or UK?
2nd question is if i would be able to get all the stuff required to cook some myself (i have people in eastern eu who can buy it if availible there but im not sure what products im looking for yet) ive read a lot on this forum (i have no clue as far as chemistry goes) i remember back in the day i used to get this product called damnesia (picture1&2) if there would be a place where i can buy that or anyone can help me with some tips or a link to a tutorial about how to make it, Thanks.
