Kind of cryptic, but yeah, looks alot like the lastest list of precursors and how much you can buy before you have to have a dea number (or go to jail) some of this stuff doesn't bat an eyebrow at reasonable amounts, like Acetone, potassium permangenate, ethyl ether, Toluene, and MEK, you can buy a gallon of 5 of on Amazon right now. There's even a couple on the first list, phosphorous, benzaldehyde, nitroethane. The others you cann get from china if you are brave enough and put in the work.

You wouldn't use any D-Lysergic acid to try to manufacture P2P, methamphetamine, amphetamine, and MDA.
