nice compilation, but I would add the "federal law for the control of chemical precursors, essential chemicals and machines for making capsules, tablets and/or tablets", and "the watch list of substances susceptible to dual use" which add others precursors that can lead to criminal liability, however there are "legal loopholes" that can be exploited with good advice ;)
