Yo recomendaría el congelador. En este caso, cuanto más frío, mejor. Las temperaturas nunca se midieron, yo siempre almaceno mi metanol en el congelador.

-La polaridad (polarímetro probado) después de una pasada

- H20 (68-73% d)

- Metanol (71-76% d)

- Proceso Rusznak, tolueno como sustituto del benceno (sigue fallando racémico)

- Pope - Peachey : h20/ácido clorhídrico
(65-80 % d depende del tiempo)

Prefiero el método con h20 por coste, tiempo y simplicidad.
