Actualmente, los precursores para la síntesis de mefedrona, a-PVP, cannabinoides e incluso algunas fuentes de BMK son legales.

Al mismo tiempo, no encontramos proveedores de reactivos en el mercado negro. Y hay pocos laboratorios que se dediquen a la síntesis de sustancias acabadas.

Nuestro proyecto está listo para ayudar a los equipos de entrar en el mercado gris de precursores, podemos proporcionar las consultas necesarias, recomendar proveedores de Asia, así como ayudar a establecer la síntesis de precursores.

Bueno he estado estudiando el mercado y Americzms están perdiendo sus mentes para conseguir sus manos en a-pvp y 4mmc. Los factores limitantes son la pirrolidina y la metilamina respectivamente (ambos de la lista 2).

I saw a couple of benign seeming chemicals yesterday on Alibaba,mand when I looked up the cas# and the wire model, I said" hmm, that sure looks a lot like aminorex or 4-mar. Some others were indole derivatives, and 3,5 methylene-dioxy phenylethlamines, looking like 1 legged frogs and shit i sure would like to come across a route to 4-mar or similar that didn't involve the unobtainium ( I forget what it even is, but it's a cyanide derivative) or something from betel nuts that isn't paxil

I'm no lawyer, but the analogue act only applies to schedule 1 and 2 chemicals.

So if it is lower schedule, or any other list, a simple change from say a chemical with a methyl group, to an ethyl group, should make it legal.

For example, sold here is 1,3-Benzodioxole-5-acetic acid, α-acetyl-, methyl ester. It is now on the DEA Special Surveillance List, which means they consider it used for drug production. However, theoretically, if you had the ethyl Ester, or 1,3-Benzodioxole-5-acetic acid, α-acetyl-, ethyl ester, then you might have a chance at getting away with it.

Granted, the US authorities aren't exactly known for doing legal things or their good practices....

I'm more interested in the MDMA precursors, and there is still a fair amount of theoretical wiggle room for legal precursors. If you just look at the precursors for p2p, there are likely ones that can be produced for mdma as well.

If the chemical is not listed anywhere, you are safest. There are few that aren't listed, like I think the ethyl Ester I mentioned, and diacetylphenyl malonate (p2p) are not listed. Not much else isn't.

We have probably another 4 or 5 years before more are added, stock up while you can.

I agree about the analog act only aspllying to schedule one and 2, but in other parts of the literature it talks about intent and if the person possesing such material BELIEVES it is a cns acting drug, even if it is not, it is considered a drug. There's been talk about the ambiguity of the act and it's enforeability (between lawyers and judges, not between people on a drug chemistry board) but I'd hate to be the one to find out. I actually founf several aminorex analogs for saile on black ops, several other very desireable and hard to find chemicals too. A-pvp at $600/ounce, which isright at the top of the price point imo, but just to even have it...

seems to me indole-3-carbaldehyde or some other aldehyde and MEK aught to land you at MDp2p. I've thought about it for exactly 5 seconds, but it seems logical and something doable(parellel to benzaldehyde +mek=p2p)
