In like both of these specifically for when you need something once in a while for getting to sleep, especially after a long night of snooters or smoking crack.
They're primarily anti-psychotic/schizo/bi-polar type meds but they are good for this purpose as needed. I wouldn't use them consistently long term.

Otherwise, for something less heavy, diphenhydramine and melatonin are great. A routine of waking early, eating right and physical exercise or just activity in general, and accomplishing tasks to relieve some anxiety.
A good strategy might be to dose up on caffeine in the morning and try to keep busy and everything throughout the day exerting yourself. Come nighttime you'll have sufficiently burnt yourself out and crashed and will be all too happy to spread out on the floor even.

There is always indica edibles too.

Chamomile keeps me asleep but like a megadose of it, for drugs hmmm anything with a long half life, clonazepam will k.o you at say 4mg the whole night

The best I ever had was Midazolam ampules 5mg. I couldn't stop I did 8 ampules in a row. Amazing benzo IV. Amazing sleep and amazing rushes.

Triazolam is definitely the winner especially for safe kinky games due the various BA and short half life :p
If only would be possible to get some sevoflurane I would definitely put it in the first choice list for falling asleep...it's not that can use propofol on myself :d

still, back to more serious tone - there is still this huge trendy of doctors prescribing AD as sleep aid that is so plainly stupid IMO. And zolpidem as daily usage is dumb either. I'd pick other than the awards winning midazolam and triazolam, Temazepam 20mg for a great sleep and right half life.

Granddaddy Purple it's one of the best strains for relaxation and deep sleep. I grabbed a sample from RocketSeeds and it reaaally helped with my insomnia.

Well, rhetorically speak in drugs only relaxes you certain part of your bodies or brain or but sleep is happens on his own naturally, flight to fight mode ruins it

For me melatonin works very good to fall asleep. But it took a few weeks until it started working. I prefer the spray over pills and I use 5 mg every night.

I also used benzos (xanax, diazepam etc) for a few years which had the same effect as melatonin on my sleep, but with a wide range of side effects.
I withdrawaled from it for nearly 3 months, which sucked as you can imagine.

I still got problem with sleep but it's now that I wake up much too early after maximum of 5-6 hours of sleep.

Has anybody the same problem or knows what helps to sleep longer?

i came this topic for offer melatonin and tell its effects
first of all it is a hormone, our body produce it so your problem is dosing maybe the lights
if you took it above 1-3mg it makes that you sleep 5-6 hours because sometimes melatonin boost sleep quality
if you wanna sleep more just take lower doses start with 1mg and max 3mg
if you cant sleep with lower doses or sleep time still 5-6 hours use low dose quetiapine (dont make it higher than 25mg) or Zopiclone maybe cbd eidbles or drops
and lights, sleep in a dark place and dont let sun comes through windows
