Yes for those in the UK with out a business there is hope. You can steadily make sulphuric acid with electrolysis with a h type cell or some sort of membrane to separate the cells.
I managed to make a cup full of concentrated sulphuric acid in a day which can later be boiled down, this was using clay pots and a titanium substrate platinum coated anode. However after a week of production it was melted away. But there us hope... For those who dare wins.
There is a anode called boron doped diamond which is capable of thriving in acidic conditions they are however quite expensive for the moment. But as water filtration plants use them and push the cost down we can get larger and cheaper anodes from China. Sulphuric acid will be obtainable again in the home setting.

All you need then is the boron doped diamond anode and just tune up s test bench attached to a 5 liter container. Automate the conditions required. Turn it on and 7 days later you got 5 liters of sulphuric acid with just a distillation to finish.
If I had the resources I would build and sell these electrolysis "acid reactors" but we are all here because we are all poor and use drugs to escape reality.
