After the arrest of the suspects, a series of notes were discovered that allowed the agents to take measures that led them to track the shipment from Colombia that had aroused their suspicions.
Through international cooperation, a cocaine shipment was discovered in Colombia and a total of 13 kilograms of cocaine hidden inside a transmission of industrial equipment destined for Spain were seized.
In December it became known that two containers from Costa Rica had arrived at the port of Valencia and that they were directly related to the organization under investigation, and that thanks to the efforts of the Valencia Customs they were identified.

The containers were transporting pieces of industrial equipment bound for Onda (Castellón), inside which the operatives, thanks to the work of the Technical Intervention Group (GOIT) of the National Police, who worked continuously for two days, managed to discover a total of 334 kg of explosives hidden inside various pieces. cocaine.

Since then, a total of six searches and raids have been carried out in the Valencian towns of El Puig de Santa María and Benetusser, as well as in the Alicante municipalities of La Nucía and Benidorm, resulting in a total of nine people arrested for crimes related to drug trafficking and membership of a criminal organization.
