Because it's almost impossible to work with the vacuum filter when it's like a paste.

Consiglio il congelatore. In questo caso, più freddo è, meglio è. Le temperature non sono mai state misurate, io conservo sempre il metanolo nel congelatore.

-La polarità (testata al polarimetro) dopo un passaggio

- H20 (68-73% d)

- Metanolo (71-76% d)

- Processo Rusznak, toluene come sostituto del benzene (ancora racemico fallito)

- Pope - Peachey: h20/acido cloridrico
(65-80% d dipende dal tempo)

Preferisco il metodo con h20 per motivi di costo, tempo e semplicità.
