Es gatavoju CBD un kļūdas pēc maisījumam pievienoju NAoh, domāju, ka izomerizācija apstājās. Izveidojās 2 slāņi, vai kāds var man pateikt, kas izveidojās? Vai tas ir labs veids, kā iegūt THC ekstraktu?

Pēc 2 stundu izomerizācijas izveidojās eļļa, bet tai ir nepatīkama smaka, un es nezinu, kā to attīrīt.

Pievienojot Naoh, abas fāzes atdalījās, un, manuprāt, reakcija apstājās. Es mēģināju to mazgāt dažādos veidos, bet nevaru atbrīvoties no šīs sliktās smakas.

bāzes pārvērš cbd (thc nepārvērš) par dažiem hinona atvasinājumiem. es domāju, ka to atdalīšanai no thc var izmantot dažādus šķīdinātājus, bet es nevaru atcerēties, kurā literatūrā tas bija aprakstīts arī tāpēc, ka tas ir zaļš (es pieņemu), daži augu impurīti arī var oksidēties.

Kas ir labāka etiķskābe vai sālsskābe? Man ir palikusi eļļa ar pretīgu smaku, ko es taisu, lai to notīrītu vai ekstrahētu tīru cbd loas no metanola

istabas temperatūras toluoluolu un p-toluolsulfoskābi var izmantot gandrīz tīrai delta 9, bet citi šķīdinātāji ar karstumu rada delta 8

toluolu var būt grūti noņemt, bet, 44 h (48 h rezultātā būs nedaudz lielāka konversija, bet apmēram 10% delta8) maisot 10% ptsa un pietiekami daudz toluola, lai to izšķīdinātu, tad apstrādājiet

Pievienojot NAOH piesātinātu ūdeni, lai neitralizētu skābi, es nevaru to visu likvidēt, un, ja pievienoju pārāk daudz ūdens, augšējā fāze kļūst melna. Kā es varu veikt ekstrakciju? Kā es varu likvidēt skābes smaku? Es mēģināju to tīrīt ar destilētu ūdeni, bet tas nedeva rezultātu.

Man vajadzīga palīdzība, lūdzu.

Kādu PH man vajadzētu atstāt THC? Vai THC attīrīšanai varu izmantot butānu vai toluolu?

Metodes, kurās izmanto katalītiskos daudzumus skābes, ir nostiprinājušās labāk nekā šajā tēmā. Ar pTSA 10% mol DCM (delta-8) vai ar HCl 0,05% etanolā (delta-9).

The issue of health safety - alcohol and acetic acid should clearly not be synthetic - only food (We make THC from the CBD using trembling and sugar, aahahhaha)

You do not have to evaporate it. You can dilute with water and separate the oil if you use ethanol.

If I use AcOH in concentration about of 70-80%, It get to start isomerisation?

Now.... I can't get or make 100% acetic acid((

Then you need 7.5 (70%) - 6.5 (80%) mL of acetic acid soln. per ~100mL of ethanol (approximately).
Excess ethanol is necessary for the reaction to go well.
The resulting solution will take 5-10 g of cbd powder, nothing more.
Heat up to 70*C and boil at least 2 hours.
Dilute with water and collect the resulting oil.

I try with 1g cbd in 10ml ethanol with ~1ml AcOH

I have wanted to do this for ages but have been holding off as I don’t have p-tsa, however, if d9 is generally done with a catalytic amount of HCl, that would be MUCH easier.
Is it literally a case of chucking it all in, letting it react for ages at RT (12-24h I think I heard), quenching, extracting?

Seeing as THC is by far the drug I use the most, it would make sense for edibles or whatever. Doubt I would want to vape it though. Never was a huge fan of vaping distillate as it just screws my tolerance.

If you use HCl for conversion, then heating is required.
