Je hebt gelijk. Je kunt azijnzuuranhydride toevoegen tussen 5-6 stappen om morfine te acetyleren. Pas de pH aan tot ~3 en neutraliseer na een uur roeren tot pH ~5,5-6 met natriumbicarbonaat.

Leuk! Hoeveel papaver heb je gebruikt?

Er is een document waarin het proces van het isoleren van morfine uit ruwe Opium (en ook de verdere verwerking en verfijning om een vrij hoog percentage Heroïne te krijgen) zoals het door Afghaanse papaverboeren wordt gedaan, zeer goed wordt gedocumenteerd en uitgelegd.
Ik heb het zelf nog niet geprobeerd, maar dat ga ik de komende weken zeker doen. Misschien kan iemand anders inbellen en iets zeggen over of en hoe het mogelijk is om de extractietechniek op te schalen voor een kleine opiumopbrengst van een thuisteelt of iets dergelijks.

Ik zou persoonlijk erg geïnteresseerd zijn in deze vertaling. Dit zou ALLE problemen voor mij oplossen. Dat ziet er geweldig uit @Zippy53! Mag ik vragen of je persoonlijk toezicht hebt gehouden op de teelt of hoe je aan de grondstoffen kunt komen? Ik woon in een noordelijk klimaat, specifiek in de buurt van Boston - ik neem aan dat deze niet seizoensgebonden buiten gekweekt kunnen worden? Ik heb een LED-lamp of twee voor het kweken van marihuana, dit moet geen probleem zijn om een klaproos of twee in de kast te hebben? Hoe lang duurt het van ontkieming tot oogst? Is er een betrouwbare zaadleverancier in de buurt? Ik kan waarschijnlijk wel informatie vinden voor het kweken op erowid, zo niet hier...

To answer some my own naive questions. Poppies grow just fine in northern climates, some even prefer. Seeds which can be acquired in abundance, grocery store variety are active but weak, better strains can be found online, can be cast effortlessly and without much care onto loose soil almost anywhere during autumn or early spring and these things will grow. Indoors works but outdoor is better - you need alot more than 1 or 2. It only takes 2-3 months from start to finish. If sewn in autumn, they hibernate of course.

Im assuming he means they will decompose but id like to see a source because those temps sure as shit aint true they're wayyyy too low and you can literally smoke morphine! Like thats what he is suggesting you do anyway ^^
on top of that morphine can be purified by sublimation at 190°C lol
So do not worry about the heat
